How much do you charge?

We believe in a clear and simple charging model. 

We operate on a results-based payment model. Our fee is a flat rate of 1% per month of the starting salary, charged over 24 months or until the employee leaves, whichever comes first – it's that straightforward!

Unlike the traditional recruitment model, which typically involves a one-off payment of 20% or more of the starting salary, our approach aligns our interests with your long-term satisfaction. This fee is irrespective of the employee's tenure.

Given the unique and disruptive nature of our model, we engage with businesses on an exclusive basis for their roles, ensuring dedicated and focused recruitment support.
